Are you tired because the drab and cloudy days? Have you been experiencing dreams of sun and palm trees swaying in the breeze? Has depression of being cold all the time fallen on your shoulders like wet snow? If so, perhaps it’s time you started thinking of moving to Arizona or purchasing Arizona golf real estate.
It’s golf weather in Arizona; perfect temperatures thus far in January. The high temperature today in Surprise Arizona was 72 degrees; ideal for a game of golf in Arizona.
The projected weather pattern in the next ten days is 70 degrees with lots more sun on the horizon.
Each winter people flock to Arizona to enjoy the sun. Phoenicians lovingly refer to winter visitors as snowbirds. There are snowbirds everywhere this year; they are easily identifiable with their out of state license plates.
Give up your snow shovel. Check out Arizona golf real estate, you won’t be disappointed. Call me if you are thinking of Arizona golf real estate or retirement communities in Arizona.

Leolinda - EXACTLY the reason I decided to move here almost 14 years ago. I was using the snow blower for the umpteenth time that particular winter and said ENOUGH. I say the last person to leave the Chicago area, be sure to turn the lights off!!!!
Leolinda; Your photos and descriptions are very inviting. So far, we are holding off the worst of winner. Today will be as high as 60. Not bad for January.
With the water, this makes a place just a dream. How awesome!!!!
